Welcome to our blog about Tesla’s changing marketing strategy in China.
To increase Tesla’s profit in China, they need to come up with a new marketing strategy. In order to do this, six marketing students all with different cultural backgrounds, have to analyze Tesla and the Chinese market. Our analysis will be posted on this blog.
First we will shortly analyze the background of Tesla. With the basic information we found in the first stage, we will set up a market research process where we will identify the questions and possible problems that potential customers have with Tesla.
In the third stage we will analyze the findings from our market research and come up with a product or service innovation that provides new opportunities for Tesla in China. In the fourth and final stage we will provide solutions on how to promote Tesla’s new strategy.
